Compressor and Vacuum Plant

MIL’S Air plant

HOSPITAIR SCROLAIR PACK

The HOSPITAIR SCOLAIR PACK medicinal air plans are equipped with two or three production sources. The oilless spiral compression heads are fixed on a sliding support to facilitate maintenance access. The air treatment system is assembled with an adsorption air dryer SEC 7HC. The control of the system is done by electronic control board.

These systems fit to the ISO 7396-1 standard.

HOSPITAIR SCROLAIR PACK D

HOSPITAIR SCROLAIR PACK

The HOSPITAIR SCROLAIR PACK D medicinal air plans are equipped with two or three production sources. The air treatment system is assembled with two SEC 7HC adsorption air dryers mounted in duplex. The control of the system is done by electronic control board.

These systems fit to the ISO 7396-1 standard.

MIL’S Vacuum system

HOSPIVAC V SIRELLA/G SIRELLA

HOSPIVAC V SIRELLA and HOSPIVAC G SIRELLA autonomous vacuum systems can be equipped up to six SIRELLA dry claw vacuum pumps. Several models of regulation PLC allow remote monitoring. The management of alarms is available for these systems in FLEXO constant vacuum regulation. According to the number of pumps, the bacterial filtration is in parallel duplex. These systems fit to the ISO 7396-1 standard version 2016.

HOSPIVAC 2/3/V3/V4/V5/V6

HOSPITAIR SCROLAIR PACK

HOSPIVAC 2/3/V3/V4/V5/V6 autonomous and compact vacuum systems joined the last generation of high performance lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps. Their pumping speed allow them a big energy efficiency. They can be equipped up to six vacuum pumps. Several models of regulation PLC allow remote monitoring. The management of alarms is available for these systems in on/off or in FLEXO constant vacuum regulation. They are equipped for a link to a secondary tank when the control is configured in on/off. According to the number of pumps, the bacterial filtration is in parallel duplex. These systems fit to the ISO 7396-1 standard version 2016.

MIL’S Anaesthetic Gas Scavenging System

ANAESTIVAC 1/2

ANESTIVAC 1/2 anaesthetic gases vacuum systems can be equipped with two KAV side channel vacuum pumps. The flow rate can be set to different outputs to maintain a constant vacuum level. These systems are installed in autonomous mode or in remote operation with a status report device. The main benefit is to reduce the medical air consumption which supplies the AGSS suction by venturi. They must be installed with a vacuum network separate to centralized vacuum.

These systems fit to the ISO 7396-2 standard.
